Posekany, Rosa H.D.
Rosa H.D. Posekany, 83, formerly of Brooklyn, died Thursday, April 22, 2010, at Friendship Manor in Grinnell following a lingering illness. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine by Pastor Dan Andrews of the Victor Baptist Church. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Belle Plaine. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the family present from 4 to 6 p.m.
She is survived by sons, Jerry and Gary (Kathy), both of Chelsea; daughters, Kathy (Lavern) Ranfield of Victor and Judy (Roger) Schroeder of Montezuma; brother, Donald (June) Glandorf of Williamsburg; sister, LaDean (Roger) Haerther of Shellsburg; and nine grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Grinnell Regional Hospice.
