You couldn't have asked for better weather or a better setting for Saturday's Brucemore Garden & Art Show in Cedar Rapids. Spectators learned about rain barrels, papermaking, flower arranging and more, plus they could view the gardens at the historic Brucemore estate in Cedar Rapids. Pottery, jewelry and art vendors were set up throughout the grounds. More photos are below and I'll later post a recipe provided by Hy-Vee dietitian Lori Willett, who gave a great presentation on cooking with fresh garden produce.
