Cody 'Puffs Severns

CODY LEE SEVERNS 24 Williamsburg Cody "Puffs" Severns' journey on this earth ended in the early morning hours of Sept. 30, 2017. While there are not enough words to describe his journey here, his love, laughter and cutting wit will be dearly missed by all his friends and family (Les, Jan, Ginny and Kimberly). Cody spent 22 of his 24 years here and was proud to call himself a Raider. Cody's recent adventures included a vacation to the Badlands of South Dakota and a work trip to New Orleans. A final farewell will take place for Cody at Kloster Funeral Home in Marengo from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13. A celebration of his life will take place at the Severns' home Saturday, Oct. 14, beginning at 5 p.m. We will share some of Cody's favorite foods and stories. Please bring a chair and a story. The last photo Cody took was of an Iowa sunset. "I may not be one of the chosen few, but I'm happy where I'm at." Rest in peace Cody, we love you so much.
