Dubuque personal trainer takes plea in inappropriate touching case
A personal trainer in Dubuque is agreeing to a plea bargain that bars him from any contact with two women accusing him of touching them inappropriately.
The Dubuque County attorney says Deandre Bovan, 28, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree harassment.
The women report that he touched them inappropriately while working at Westside Fitness, Salon and Spa.
