Lucille was an accomplished seamstress, making clothes for herself, family and friends. She always had a project. She could knit, tat, embroider or any other activity that involved a needle and thread. She was a woman who cared for her family and others and was loved by all who knew her.
Lucille is survived by her sons, Russell (Vicki) Royce and Richard Royce, both of Cedar Rapids; her stepdaughter, Barb Barkley of Marion; and Russ and Vicki's six grandchildren, who called her "Great Grandma Lucille."
The family wishes to thank Windmill Manor for making Lucille's final time on earth a pleasant one.
