Mai, Rose Mary
Rose Mary Mai, 88, of Omaha, Neb., passed away Friday, April 12, 2013, at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Omaha. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Remsen, by the Rev. William McCarthy and Deacon Rick Roder. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Remsen. Visitation will be anytime after 4 p.m. today, with a parish rosary at 5 p.m. and vigil prayer service at 7:30 p.m., all at Fisch Funeral Home & Monument in Remsen, Iowa.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Marvin; her three children, Connie Fillmore, Cathy (Robert) Flynn and Mike (Anne) Mai; as well as nine beautiful grandchildren and 20 beautiful great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Donna (Marvin) Pick; and two brothers, Father Richard Frank, and Jim (Shirley) Frank.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Emma Frank; brothers, Emery (Emma) Frank, Lee (Ester) Frank and Donald; and sister, Lorraine (Arnold) Steichen.
She will be greatly missed and forever remembered. We know we will be with her again in heaven some day and expect a toast upon our arrival.
