Petersen, Gail Jeanne Irwin
Gail Jeanne Irwin Petersen, former Iowa City resident and daughter of the late Dr. Jesse Irwin and Betty Irwin, died Sunday, May 15, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer. Graveside memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 10, at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City, with the Rev. George Paterson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to the Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin, 517 North Segoe Rd., Suite 301, Madison, WI 53705.
