Robert Dean Vavra, 66, of Roseville, Minn., passed away unexpectedly June 6, 2014.
A son of Arnold and Agnes (Kriz) Vavra, he was raised in Ely, Iowa, and graduated from Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids, Michigan State University and the University of Minnesota. Robert was a longtime employee of Unisys.
He was patient, charitable and loved.
Surviving are his wife, Betty; sons, Matt (Sarah) and Nick; grandsons, Gabe and Max; brothers, Tom and Bill (Marian); nieces, Andrea (Mak) and Christy; and many friends and family worldwide.
Memorial services will be Saturday, June 28, at The Roseville (Minn.) Memorial Chapel. Private interment.
