Inez Tucker, 81, of Hopkinton, died peacefully Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, at Dan and Judy's home surrounded by her family.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, at Hopkinton Cemetery. Pastor Jan Lamont will officiate at the service. Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello, has been entrusted with Inez's care.

Surviving are four children, Dan (Judy) Tucker and Ed (Carol Ann) Tucker, both of Hopkinton, Judy (David) Leibold of Thomasville, Ala., and Jane (Jim) Baskerville of Cedar Rapids; 10 grandchildren, Lavonda Ralston, William Tucker, Kim Tucker, Austin Tucker, Lydia Tucker, Abbey Leibold, Nicholas Leibold, Jayce Baskerville, Jed Baskerville and Jemi Baskerville; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Delores Mohr of Hopkinton and Phyllis Fulwider of Preston, Minn.; and a brother, Dean Bartels of Freeport, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon; one son, David Tucker; a sister, Leona Leytem; an infant brother, Donald; and a brother, Maynard.
Inez M Bartels was born Dec. 3, 1934, in Manchester, Iowa, the daughter of William and Mary Dirks Bartels. Inez graduated from Hopkinton Schools in 1952. She married Eldon Tucker on June 4, 1952, at St. John Lutheran Church, Hopkinton. She was employed at Monty Produce for 22 years.
