She was always there at all her kids' school events, and as the grandkids came along, grandma was right there again.
Her family includes daughters, Julie Jensen of Iowa City and Sheila Kassera and her husband, Brian, of Golden, Colo.; sons, Thomas Bogs and his wife, Danielle, of Iowa City and Rick Bogs and his wife, Roselyn, of Thornton, Colo.; grandchildren, Zachary, Jessica and Alex Bogs, Cody, Mary, Joseph and Jenny Jensen, Dean Ellwanger (Monica), Charmine Wilson (Adam), Ronald Charles Bogs, Kayla Bogs, Jennifer Ferdig, Stephen Lopezi, Nicholas and Emily Kassera; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, William and Benjamin; brothers, Kenny Love of Carson, Iowa and Wayne Love (Carol) of Marble Rock; sister-in-law, Mari Love of Des Moines; and a number of very special people to the Bogs family, Mark and Matt Akers, Dee and David Salisbury and Tyler and Jen Kruse.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron; sisters, Phyllis Knapp, Lucille, Velma Pryor and Melba Hardman; and two brothers, Joy and Terri Love.
Judy's family wishes so thank the staff, nurses, doctors at Mercy Iowa City, Iowa City Hospice and everyone at Iowa City Cancer Clinic for their tremendous care, compassionate ways, and support of our Mom. We will always remember what you have done for us!
