James John Sperfslage, 91, of Earlville, died Monday, March 5, 2018. Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, at Clifton-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Earlville, with a 7 p.m. Scripture service. Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Earlville, with additional visitation from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial: St. Joseph's Cemetery, Earlville.
Jim and Faye's children are Philip Sperfslage, Kaye (Ted) Wall, Mark (Joellen) Sperfslage and Paul (Ann) Sperfslage; grandchildren include, Cari (Ramon) Redondo, Nicole (Joe) Munson, Steven (Staci) Sperfslage and Kristin Sperfslage; and great-grandchildren, Ray Redondo, Aubrey and Nathan Munson and Skyla Sperfslage; stepgrandchildren, Troy (Tracey) Eickstaedt, Alicia (Shawn) Kimball and Megan (Chris) Osborne; and stepgreat-grandchildren, Haley and Dominique Eickstaedt and Hadley Osborne. Also surviving are a brother, Herbert (Theresia) Sperfslage; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Avalo Berns, Russell (Betty) Kauffman, Mary Kauffman and Bob Auman; and many nieces and nephews.
