Former NFL Official Quinby to Speak

Bill Quinby, Cedar Rapids native and former NFL official, will visit the Marion Library as a guest of the Friends of the Marion Library on Monday, January 31, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. That is six days before the Super Bowl, so very timely and a great football warm-up! Quinby will share information about the NFL, the officials, how the officials are selected for playoff games and for the Super Bowl, and the stipends they receive at each level of the playoffs. Quinby's presentation is free and open to the public; refreshments will be served. Please join us for an entertaining evening talking about football with a real pro!
