President Bill Clinton returns to Iowa Wednesday

President Bill Clinton returns to Iowa Wednesday to campaign in Sioux City, Waterloo and Des Moines.
Clinton plans to lay out Hillary Clinton's vision for America and encourage early voting.
The Sioux City event takes place at 1 p.m. at the Anderson Dance Pavilion in Larsen Park on Larsen Park Road. Doors open at noon.

The Waterloo event takes place at 4 p.m. at Waterloo Center for the Arts, 225 Commercial St. Doors open at 3 p.m.

Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine is to join President Clinton at the stop in Des Moines, which takes place at 7 p.m. at the Des Moines Social Club, 900 Mulberry St. Singer-songwriter Ben Harper is also scheduled to perform at the event. Doors open at 5 p.m.
