Ross York
ROSS YORK Ladora Ross York, 63, of Ladora, passed away at his home on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014. A funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17, at St. James Lutheran Church in Victor, with Pastor Michael Kolesar officiating. A visitation will be from 2 until 7 p.m., with the family present from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, at Smith Funeral Home in Victor. Russ is survived by his wife, Betty York, of 44 years; mother, Lois York of Belle Plaine; sons, Craig (Tina) York and Kevin (Nikki) York, both of Ladora; daughter, Cheri (Joe) Moreno of Marengo; brothers, Lee (Julie) York of Cedar Rapids, his identical twin, Royce (Magi) York of Montour and Keith (Debbie) York of Victor; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by father, Edwin York; granddaughter, Koral Nicole York; and in-laws, Ervin and Elizabeth Koehn.
