Edaburn, Raymond Everett 'Pete'
Raymond Everett “Pete” Edaburn, 72, of Rewey, Wis., formerly of Marion, died Sunday, March 27, 2011, at Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville, Wis. Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 31, at Zion Lutheran Church in Hiawatha, by the Rev. Daniel Krueger. Family will greet friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion. Burial: Dunkard Cemetery, Toddville.
Pete was born April 5, 1938, in Iowa City, the son of Raymond and Myrla (Deal) Edaburn. On April 3, 1976, he was united in marriage to LeeAnne Schallenberger in Carson City, Nev.
He is survived by his wife, LeeAnne; children, Brenda (Tom) Carnicle of Marion, Sharyl (Terry) Voss of Quasqueton, Sharon (Duane) Weekly of Walker, Tim (Janet) Soukup of Rowley, Tammy (Sylven) Moellers of Mineral Point, Wis., and Terry (Sue) Soukup of Springville; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Ruth Attwood of Center Point, and Rita (Joe) Molitor of Cedar Rapids.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Ruby; brother, Robert; and brother-in-law, Raymond Attwood.
