Yvonne "Bunny" Bebee passed away at her home in Carrollton, Texas, on Sunday, March 2, 2014.
Born July 31, 1949, to Fred and Lila Akers, she grew up in Cedar Rapids and graduated from Washington High School. She married Steve Bebee in 1976 and though they later divorced, they remained friends.
Bunny loved rock music, watching movies and spending time with friends. Her greatest joy was her twin grandsons.
She is survived by daughter, Michelle and husband Brent Thomas; grandsons, Nathan and Aaron; sister, Wendy Jones and husband Tony; uncle, John (Pete); aunts, Nelda Rouse Mabel Rouse; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A 10:30 a.m. memorial service will be held Thursday, March 13, at Rhoton Funeral Home in Carrollton.
