Josephine M. Erickson, 94, died Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016, at Virginia Gay Nursing and Rehab in Vinton. Funeral services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, at Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Vinton. Visitation: 9 a.m. until service time Saturday also at church. Interment: Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton.
Josephine is survived by two sons, Keith (Kathy) Erickson of Fort Pierce, Fla., and Bruce (Joyce) Erickson of Vinton; one brother, Paul "Bud" Mealhow of Waterloo; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
