Janss, Wilbur Henry
Wilbur Henry Janss, 92, of Marengo, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, at Rose Haven Nursing Home following an extended illness. Memorial service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Marengo Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, with Mr. George Grothman officiating. Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
He is survived by two brothers, Melvin Janss of Keystone and Donald Janss and wife Alice of Belle Plaine.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Robert; and two sisters, Ruth Witt and Dorothy Rieck.
