Bonnie Schmelzer, 70, of Cedar Rapids, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, Jan. 20, 2017. Memorial Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, at St. Ludmila Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23, at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW.
