Noye, Rodney L.
Rodney L. Noye, 35, of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, May 10, 2010. Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Gospel Tabernacle Church, where visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Pastor Joe A. Pledge will officiate. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his children, Don'ya Noye of Robins and Rashon and Rhiana Noye, both of Cedar Rapids; stepchildren, Latasha Martin and Jovante Bartels; special friend, Erin Bartels; his parents, Robert Noye of Ohio and Marilyn Turner of Cedar Rapids; a brother, Robert Noye of Cedar Rapids; a sister, Rarchelle Noye of Dalton, Ill.; and stepsiblings, Sherlin Turner of Marion and Russell Romero, Anthony Goodloy, Yolanda Turner and Antonia Romero all of Illinois.
Rodney was born Aug. 6, 1974, in Harvey, Ill., the son of Robert and Marilyn Crittenden Noye. Rodney was a chef. He enjoyed cooking for family and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in lieu of flowers.
