Hradek, Tamara (Perry)
Tamara (Perry) Hradek, 37, of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, May 21, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital following a sudden illness. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:30 p.m. June 1, 2012, at the Hiawatha Community Center by police department and City Hall. Assisting the family is Iowa Cremation.
Tamara is survived by her son, Dalton Krapfl; two daughters, Lakota and Skylae Krapfl; three sisters, Julie (Reese) Ohlhauser of Cedar Rapids, and Jeanette and Sandy of Waterloo; one brother, Terry (Cyndi) Jones of Hopkinton; parents, William and Judy Medberry; and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mom, Janeice Perry; a sister; and dad, Eldon “Red” Barrit.
