Evelyn Amelia Case, 7 days old, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, at St. Luke's in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. There will be a private family Graveside Service on Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, at Center Point Cemetery, Center Point, Iowa. Arrangements made by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Center Point, Iowa.
She was born on Nov. 27, 2018, and spent her week of life surrounded by family. Evelyn will go on to save lives as an organ donor.
She is survived by her loving parents, Connor and Alyssa Case, of Grafenwoher, Germany; her grandparents, John and Valerie Dufoe of Center Point, Iowa; Kim and Kelly Case of Conrad, Iowa; great-grandparents, Barbara Cooper of Falls Church, Va., Doris Dufoe of Center Point and Robert and Mary Cooper of Lake of the Woods, Va.; uncles and aunts, Alex and Melinda Dufoe of Cedar Rapids, Curtis and Spencer Stevenson of Eldora, Iowa, and Taylor Case of Des Moines, Iowa; and many other family members.
The family would like to extend a special thank-you to the staff at St. Luke's Hospital for their care of Evelyn Amelia Case.
