Holbrook, Russell E. Jr.
Russell E. Holbrook Jr., 45, of rural Manchester, died suddenly on Sunday, June 6, 2010, at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester. Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Leonard-Muller Funeral Home & Crematory, Manchester, with the Rev. Roger Henry officiating. Inurnment: Thorpe Cemetery, Manchester. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
Survivors include his partner, Jolene Weeks of Manchester; two daughters, Amber and Alicia Holbrook at home; his mother, Betty Holbrook-Black of Manchester; his father, Russell (Valerie) Holbrook of Liverpool, Texas; one stepson, Zach Weeks of Cedar Rapids; and one stepsister, Colleen (Jim) Hersh of Manchester.
Russ was preceded in death by his sister, Rita Sue Holbrook in 2008.
In lieu of flowers, a Russell Holbrook Jr. Memorial has been established at F & M Bank in Manchester.
