He was united in marriage to Cynthia Louise Renshaw on Aug. 5, 2000, in Cedar Rapids. He was preceded in death by his parents; and three half-sisters, Maurine Wallace, Marguerite Koehler and Maxine Herren.
Left to cherish Forrest's memories are his wife, Cynthia Wennermark; son, Scott (Rachael) Wennermark; two stepsons, Jeffrey Wright and Gary (Sara) Wright; two grandsons, Seth and Trenten; three stepgrandsons, Owen, Jaxen and Greyson; and sister, Barbara Ross.
