Bachelor story a heartwarming one

To the editor:

The bachelor story of Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff is a heartwarming love story. It also was fun to watch Chris on Dancing with the Stars.

The Bachelor put Dubuque on the map and was covered with great photos by People magazine. Channel 9 and Good Morning America had nice coverage. But why did The Gazette and Parade magazine have no articles? After all, Soules has a farm around 65 miles from here. The appeal of Soules must be that he's so wholesome and not loaded with tattoos and piercings.

I hope The Gazette will keep us posted on this couple. This world is in such a sad mess, we need some happy news.
