CR man to serve 2 years in prison for abusing 4-year-old girl in Fayette County

WEST UNION – A 30-year-old Cedar Rapids man was sentenced to two years in prison this week for indecent contact with a child in Fayette County District Court.
Trenton Boleyn, who was originally charged with second-degree sexual abuse, pleaded Monday to the lesser charge as part of a plea agreement.
He was arrested June 19, in Cabarrus County, N.C., on two warrants out of Fayette County. Boleyn sexually abused a 4-year-old girl over a period of time from November 2007 to April 2009 in Fayette County, according to the criminal complaint.
