Una M. Voelker, 97, of Manchester, died Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017. Visitation:

1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19,

at Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Manchester. Funeral service: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 20, at Peace Lutheran Church, Ryan, with visitation one hour prior at the church. Burial: Oakland Cemetery, Manchester.

Una was born May 3, 1919, in rural Golden, Iowa, the daughter of Fredrick and Elsie (Aldrich) Zimmerman. Una worked at Collins and Killian's in Cedar Rapids, and for many years at Farmers and Merchants Bank. Una was married to Carroll Voelker on June 30, 1960, at Peace Lutheran Church, Ryan. She enjoyed working with Carroll on the farm and tending to the livestock.

Una was a fan of Iowa sports, especially the Hawkeyes. She always took pride in her appearance. She enjoyed flowers, visiting with guests, and most of all, time with family.

Una is survived by a brother-in-law, Eddie Lewis; nieces and nephews, Tom (Lola) Zimmerman, Vicki (Rodger) Rozendaal, Larry (Kathy) Zimmerman, Nancy (Brian) Thomas, Sharon Zimmerman, Teresa (Louis) Fischer, Susann Voelker, Loren (Mary) Voelker, Becky (Jon) Ries, Richard Voelker (special friend, Deb Anders), Norman (Julie) Voelker, Wayne (Nancy) Voelker, Brian (Marcia) Voelker, Celia (Kevin) Roberts, Debra Voelker, Beverly Voelker and Betty (Ron) Giddings; 32 great-nieces and great-nephews; and 18 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

Una was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carroll; a daughter, Priscilla Kay; siblings, Fred (Lucille) Zimmerman, Donald (Helen) Zimmerman, Carrol (Virginia) Zimmerman, Doris Zimmerman and Norma Lewis; and brother- and sister-in-law, Alvin and Marie Voelker.

Memorials may be donated to the Meadows Assisted Living in Una's memory.
