WILLIAM "ANDY" MEARDON

William Andrew "Andy" Meardon, 56, of rural Iowa City, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Event Center of the Riverside Casino near Riverside on Monday, Dec. 19, beginning at 4 p.m. There will be a time beginning at 6 p.m. to share memories and stories of this man so many of us loved. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the casino. A private burial will follow in North Scott Township Cemetery, east of Iowa City.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to continue to support the many important causes in Andy's life.
