Clella Mae Weimann Webb, 87, of Tipton, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014, at Cedar Manor Nursing Home in Tipton. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, at Tipton Masonic Cemetery. The Rev. Ron Lashmit will officiate.
