Elaine E. Doyle, 85, formerly of Ryan and Independence, passed away from natural causes on Dec. 7, 2015, at Aegis Hospice Care in Fremont, Calif.
Elaine was the daughter of Henry and Mary McEnany of Ryan, who, along with her brother, Virgil, sister, Irvena, and son, Patrick, preceded her in death.
She married Mark Doyle in 1947 and had three boys from this union.
When she wasn't playing cards or pool, you could find Elaine playing piano at every sing-a-long.
Elaine is survived by her sons, Ron (Carole) and Steve (Roxie). She was the proud grandma to Brian, Stephanie, Stacie, Adam, Nick, Jill and Chris; and great-grand-mother to Anthony, Mercury, Marissa, Jake, Molly, Thomas and Imajen.
A Mass for the interment of ashes will be at St. Patrick's Catholic Church and Cemetery in Ryan at a later date.
