Freeman R. Detweiler, 81, longtime resident of Iowa City, died Saturday, July 1, 2017, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 3, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service, with military honors provided at the conclusion of services. Visitation will be one hour before the service Monday.
