Climer, Dennis L.
Dennis L. Climer, 52, of Marion, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012, in his home. Funeral Service: 1 p.m. Friday, July 27, at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Dave Higdon officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Survivors include his children, Karen Lynn Duff of Citrus Springs, Fla., Timothy Brian Van Note of Silver Springs, Fla., Zachariah D. Climer of Silver Springs, Fla., and Calob Lee Climer of State Center; brother, Steve (Angie) Climer of Marion; grandchildren, Bryson Felton, Emma Felton and Natalie Climer; spiritual brother, Willie Madison of Marion; and special companion, Chuck at home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bette and Bryson Climer.
Dennis Lee Climer was born Oct. 11, 1959, in Vinton, Iowa, the son of Bryson and Bette (Bantz) Climer.
He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him. Dennis enjoyed the outdoors, being with family and was employed at A.R.C. Marion Village.
A memorial fund has been established.
