Roger A. Schulz, 64, of Oelwein, died Saturday morning, March 7, 2015, at his home, with his family at his side. Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 10, at Zion Lutheran Church, Oelwein, with the Rev. Charis
Combs-Lay officiating. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 9, at Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, Oelwein, and one hour before services at the church on Tuesday. Interment: Boyd Cemetery, Boyd, following the funeral luncheon.
Memorials may be directed to the family for pancreatic cancer research.

He was the owner and operator of Roger Schulz Construction for 44 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Marsha Schulz of Oelwein; daughter, Vicki (John) Ault of Oelwein; grandson, Braxton Reimer of Oelwein; two brothers, David (Sandy) Schulz of Durant and Dick (Randi) Schulz of Ankeny; two sisters, Sherry (Michael) Buttjer of Plainfield and Becky Schulz of Rochester, Minn.; his mother, Laura Schulz of West Union; and many nieces and nephews.
