Patricia Tobin Fischer, 92, died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids due to complications of kidney failure.
A celebration of Patricia's life will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28, at Blessed Hope Church in Vinton, with the Rev. Matt Hantz officiating. Visitation will be held one hour before services at the church. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton.
