Betty Henrietta Larson, 103, of Swedesburg, passed away Monday, March 9, 2015, at the New London Care Center in New London, Iowa. The visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 12, at Honts Funeral Home in Winfield. Her celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m Friday, March 13, at Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church in Swedesburg with the Rev. Mark Youngquist officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
She is survived by three daughters, Johanna Ruth Crawford of Mount Pleasant, Christine Reynolds (Gary) of Frytown and Nona Firch of Bridgewater; five grandchildren, Karla Crawford Kerr of Mount Pleasant, Katherine Crawford of Woodridge, Ill., Matthew Reynolds of Cedar Rapids, Amanda Reynolds of Schaumburg, Ill., and Tracy Miller of Bridgewater; and seven great-grandchildren, Maverick and Annika Kerr of Mount Pleasant, Kyra and Jacob Reynolds of Cedar Rapids, Brennan, Marissa and Max of Bridgewater and Mason Meglio of Schaumburg, Ill.
