Adeline Doyle was born Feb. 5, 1925, just outside of Prairieburg, Iowa. She was the daughter of Raymond and Gertrude Sadeskey Holub. Adeline received her education from the Frozen Hill School. On Sept. 7, 1948, Adeline and Gerald Doyle were united in marriage at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Prairieburg, Iowa. Adeline spent most of her time working on the family farm helping with chores, along with the daily work of a house wife. She also worked at the Reliance Shirt Factory in Anamosa. She was a life long member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Anamosa.
There were many things Adeline enjoyed during her life like traveling to different places with Gerald to dance, but the thing she treasured most was the time she was given to spend with her family and friends, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend and she will be missed dearly by those closest to her.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Adeline's name.
