Woodward, Janne
Janne Woodward, 61, of Cedar Rapids, died at home Thursday, June 27, 2013. Memorial Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel, by the Rev. William B. Harnish. Inurnment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family after 10 a.m. until time of service.
Survivors include her brother, William (Linda) Woodward of Cedar Rapids; aunt, Jane Palmer; niece, Abbey Erwin; and good friend, Karen Hart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Steven and David Woodward.
Janne was born April 20, 1952, in Cedar Rapids, to Eugene and Joanne Woodward. She graduated from Washington High School in 1970 and received her A.A. degree from Kirkwood Community College as a legal secretary. Janne began working at Keyes & Crawford as a secretary for Jerry Sullivan. She continued with him for 39 years as an employee of Crawford Sullivan Read & Roemerman.
Janne loved gardening and needlework. She was also an avid reader.
Janne will be missed by family and friends and all who knew her.
