Marvin R. Mollenhauer, 76, of Marion, passed away Sunday, Jan. 22, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at Cedar Memorial Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. The family will receive relatives and friends one hour before the service beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
Marvin was born Aug. 19, 1940, to Donald and Ferne Schultz Mollenhauer in Cedar Rapids. He was raised and graduated from high school in Center Point, and then was employed at Rockwell Collins for 37 1/2 years.
In 1997, he was united in marriage to Annabel Husmann. The couple enjoyed fishing, gardening and traveling. Marvin was an avid collector of Hot Wheels and baseball cards and enjoyed going to swap meets.
Marvin will be missed by his wife, Annabel, and his children and stepchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Francy Haars and Myrna Krumm.
