KENNY WATERS Marion A Celebration of Life in memory of Kenny Waters will be held Saturday, Oct. 18, from 2 to 8 p.m. at 360 Ninth Ave., Marion, where he grew up. Surviving are his brother, Bruce; and sisters, Marlene and Karen.
