Ronald Scott Richardson
Scott Richardson, 43, of Chandler, Ariz., formerly of Alburnett, passed away Friday, May 18, 2012.
He was born Feb. 1., in Pasadena, Calif. He attended Alburnett High School through ninth grade then moved to Missouri Valley, Iowa, where he graduated from high school in 1988. Scott attended Iowa State, then transferred to Arizona and received his bachelor's degree from The University of Phoenix. He worked as an investment advisor for Vanguard, Fidelity Investment and was currently employed at Merrill Lynch.
The National Cremation Society of Phoenix was in charge of cremation and private family service.
Scott is survived by wife, Wendy; and children, Warren and Wyndsor; father, Ron (Jerris) Richardson of Missouri Valley; mother, Carol Richardson Arlington, Texas; siblings, Ruth Modrow of Cedar Rapids, Rose (Brian) Foley Stillwater of Minnesota, Rhonda (Steve) White of Darlington, Wis., Jenice Richardson of Alburnett, Jon Richardson of Alburnett, and JR (Penny) Richardson of Riverview, Fla.; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to contribute to an educational fund for his children may send donations to Ron Richardson, 3014 Norwalk Lane, Missouri Valley, IA 51555.
