Quaas, Michael Paul
Michael Paul Quaas, 60, of Winnemucca, Nev., formerly of Alburnett, died Friday, April 30, 2010, at his home. Private family graveside services will be held at Lafayette Cemetery, rural Alburnett, at a later date. Per Mike's wishes, there will not be a formal service at this time. Local arrangements by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion.
Survivors include his mother, Jean of Alburnett; daughter, Michelle (Brett) Proskovec of Hiawatha; son, Marcus (Cynthia) Quaas of Cedar Rapids; four grandchildren, Drew, Tate, Lily Jean and Ethan; two brothers, Scott (Kathy) Quaas of Bedford, Ind., and Karl Quaas of Alburnett; and a sister, Patricia Bolles of Plentywood, Mont.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul; and an infant brother, David.
