The family would like to invite everyone to a reception immediately following the service to be held at the funeral home. A private family burial will be at Oakland Cemetery.

Frank attended Shattuck Military Academy in Faribault, Minn., the University High School, and the University of Iowa, where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He enlisted in the Navy in January 1945, and was proud to serve his beloved country with honor. His memberships included the National American Wholesale Grocers Association, Rotary International, and the Rotary Club of Iowa City.
An avid sportsman, he enjoyed golf, hunting, ocean and freshwater fishing, and photography. Frank was an enthusiastic Hawkeye supporter, especially football. Most of all, he cherished time with his family.
