Gade, Ralph
Ralph Gade, 87, of Lowden, died April 11, 2011, at the Wheatland Manor Nursing Home. Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 14, Zion United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Mark Buck officiating. Burial: Lowden Cemetery. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. until service time Thursday at the church.
Survivors include a brother, Delmar (Sandy) of Clarence; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dorothy; sisters, Irene Sander and Leona Wenndt; and brother, Leroy.
Born March 16, 1924, in Lowden, the son of August and Freida (Sieling) Gade, he married Dorothy Brockmeyer on Dec. 16, 1944. She died in January 2011. He was a member of Zion United Church of Christ and a proud member of the 9:00 Coffee Club.
