Werner, Ann A.
Ann A. Werner, 101, of Manchester, died Thursday, March 3, 2011, at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester. Mass of Resurrection: 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 7, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manchester, with the Rev. John Flaherty officiating. Visitation: 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, March 6, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester, where there will be a 2 p.m. Scripture service. Visitation also will be after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Interment: St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Manchester.
Ann is survived by her children, Lawrence (Inez) Werner of Manchester, Ralph (Joan) Werner of Strawberry Point, Dale (special friend Dottie) of Erie, Pa., Gene “Tobe” (Deb) Werner of Manchester and Mary (Milo) Brokaw of Monticello; one daughter-in-law, Betty Werner of Manchester; 23 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond; her son, Jim in 2000; and two brothers, Albert and Clem Hildebrand.
Memorials may be directed to St. Mary Catholic Church or the American Cancer Society.
