Butz, Judy
Judy Butz, 71, of Dubuque, passed away Monday, May 30, 2011, at Mercy Hospital Center, Dubuque. She was born July 31, 1939, in Detroit, Mich., the daughter of Robert and Laura (Rudd) Moore. Judy graduated from Franklin High School in Cedar Rapids. Judy lived in Darlington, Wis., since 1975, where she worked for the Lafayette County Nursing Department as a home health aide.
Judith is survived by her children, Jennifer (special friend Eric) Hancock of Farmington, Mass., Jon (Diane) Trotter of Dubuque, and Joe Trotter of Jonesboro, Ark.; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Joanne Zimmerman; and her husband, Joseph Butz.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Erickson Funeral Home, 130 W. Cornelia St., Darlington, Wis., with the Rev. Carol Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Union Grove Cemetery, Darlington. A visitation will be one hour before the service Thursday at the funeral home.
