Don G. Novak, Lt. Col USAF (Ret), 82, of Bellevue, Neb., died Thursday, Dec. 10. Funeral mass: 11 a.m. Thursday, St. Mary Catholic Church, Bellevue, Neb. Chapel service: 11 a.m. Saturday, Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories, Cedar Rapids. Interment: noon Saturday, Cedar Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at Bellevue Memorial Chapel, Bellevue, Neb., with a vigil service at 4 p.m.
Survivors include his wife, Jane; sons, Dan and wife Maxine of Montgomery, Ala., Don and wife Rachel of Bellevue, David and wife Joan, Como, Colo., Douglas and wife Denise of Carlsbad, Calif., and Dale of Bellevue; daughters, Debra and husband Jim Tompkins of Austin, Texas, and Diane and husband Charles Marti of Lincoln, Neb.; 25 grandchildren; and 12 great- grandchildren.
Don was a former Junior ROTC Instructor at Bellevue East High School.
Bellevue Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
