Indy Rayena Thurm, 21 hours old, passed away peacefully in the arms of her mommy and daddy on Monday, June 13, 2016, at the University of Iowa Children's Hospital in Iowa City.
Indy was born Sunday, June 12, 2016, in Iowa City, the daughter of Kevin and Amy Thurm. Although her time on earth was short, she enjoyed endless hugs and kisses from mommy, daddy, brother, sister and many surrounding family members. May her memory be eternal.
Indy is survived by her parents, Kevin and Amy Thurm of Denver, Iowa; big brother, Kail; and big sister, Jada, at home in Denver; paternal grandparents, Paul and Janice Thurm of Waverly; maternal grandparents, Char Gott of Cedar Rapids and Dave and JP Boesenberg of Alburnett; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 17, at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Denver. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and also one hour before services Friday at the funeral home in Waverly.
