Hemingway would balance Board of Supervisors

Phil Hemingway has served our community as an Iowa City School Board member very well. Phil has the knowledge, the courage and the wisdom to ask the tough questions. He does his home work. Sometimes his questions aggravate those who might oppose. But I do believe his opponents agree he is fair and honest in his opinions.
I do think Phil would make an excellent member of the Johnson County Board of Supervisors for these very same reasons. Further, I believe the supervisors need more balance in their political perspectives. Phil would bring balance.
Phil earned more than 21,000 votes for supervisor in the November election. His skills are obviously recognized by a sizable number of voters. Please join me in voting for Phil Hemingway in the special election on Dec. 18.
