Harlan Henry Glandorf, 84, of Hiawatha, formerly of Williamsburg, died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospice.
Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 17, at Buffalo United Methodist Church, 1000 30th St. NE, Cedar Rapids. A luncheon will follow.
Survivors include his wife, Marlene Mae Glandorf; sons, Randy (Jayne) of Cedar Rapids and Scott (Donna) of Canton, Ga.; brother, Gilbert; sisters, Delores Klever and Betty Meyer; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Antone and Hilda Glandorf, and brother, Wayne.
Harlan was born Aug. 7, 1932, in Williamsburg, Iowa. He married Marlene Bricker in July 1953 and they moved to Cedar Rapids. Harlan worked for Piggly Wiggly as a meat cutter and later at Colonial Bakery, but was most well-known as an auctioneer. He was a member of Buffalo United Methodist Church.
Harlan was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed.
