Carol Ann Engler, 55, died in her home in Hiawatha, Iowa, on Thursday, June 14, 2018. Born April 6, 1963, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she graduated from Linn-Mar High School and obtained an associate's degree from the University of Phoenix.
Survivors include her parents, Janet Young (McAllen, Texas) and Richard Engler (West Des Moines); and her siblings, Stephan (Bettendorf), Robert (Urbandale), Sue Wendt (Yuma, Ariz.), Kristi Allen (Cedar Rapids), Mariann Ryan (Cedar Rapids) and Christopher (Marshalltown), and their families.
Funeral Mass will be at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids on Saturday, June 30, at 10 a.m., with luncheon to follow.
